Along with free functionality, we offer a number of paid services and services to which this User Agreement applies. People and organizations pay us to show you ads for their products and services. By using our services, you agree that we may show you advertisements that we think will be relevant to your interests. Your interaction on NetPetro is unique, from the posts, events, ads, and other content you see on the News Feed and other sections of NetPetro. We use the data we have, such as the connections you make, the options and settings you choose, the content you share, and your activities on and off NetPetro.

1.2 Contacting people and organizations of interest to you.

We help you find and connect with the people, groups, organizations that matter to you. We use the data we have to provide recommendations to you and others, such as offers to join certain expert professional groups, attend events, follow or message NetPetro Pages, add certain people as friends.

1.3 Possibility of self-expression and promotion of own interests.

There are many ways to express yourself on NetPetro and communicate with colleagues, professional experts, organizations on topics that are important to you: for example, share status updates, photos, videos and professional publications, add content to your profile, send messages to one recipient or several people / organizations, create interest groups of colleagues, organize events and participate in events of other colleagues or organizations.

Your use of the NetPetro services that we offer and are subject to these Terms means that you agree that we may show you advertisements for which we are paid by people and organizations who promote their products and services through the use of the NetPetro services. We use your personal data, such as information about your activity and interests, to show you advertisements that are more relevant to you.

We protect the privacy of personal information. This is critical to our advertising system. This means that we can show you ads that are relevant to you, but the advertiser won’t know who you are. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

3.2 Allowed content and allowed actions

– You cannot access or collect data from our Products by automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data without permission to do so.

We may remove or block content that violates these provisions.

If we remove content you have shared due to a violation of our Terms of Service, we will notify you and explain any options you have for submitting a review request. This does not include when you are in serious or repeated breach of these Terms or when doing so may expose us or others to legal liability; harm NetPetro and its users; compromise or disrupt the integrity or operation of any of our services and systems; where we are restricted due to technical restrictions or where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons.

We encourage you to report content and behavior that you believe violates your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our terms and policies. By doing so, you will help us ensure that NetPetro operates efficiently and fairly.

We may also terminate or restrict access to your content, service or information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to prevent or mitigate negative legal or regulatory consequences for NetPetro.

3.3 Permissions you grant to us

We need to obtain certain permissions from you in order to provide our services.

Permission to use the content you create and share. Intellectual property laws may protect some content you share or upload, such as photos or videos.

You own the intellectual property rights (such as copyrights or trademarks) in any such content that you create and share on NetPetro. Nothing in this User Agreement shall take away your rights to your own content. You are free to share your content with other people anywhere.

However, in order to provide our services, we need you to give us certain legal permissions (known as a “license”) to use this content. This is necessary solely for the purposes of providing and improving our services and services.

In each of the above cases, this license will continue until the content is completely removed.

Permission to use your name, profile photo, and information about your activities in connection with advertising and sponsored content. You give us permission to use your name, profile photo, and information about your activities on NetPetro alongside or in connection with any advertisements, offers, or other sponsored content that we display on our Products, without paying you any remuneration. For example, we may show your friends that you are interested in a promoted event or have “Like” a NetPetro Page created by a brand that has paid us to show its NetPetro ad. These ads are only visible to users that you have allowed to view your activity on NetPetro.

Permission to update the software you use or download. If you download or use our software, you give us permission to download and install software updates, where applicable.

3.4 Restrictions on the use of our intellectual property

If you use content that is subject to intellectual property rights that we have and provide by us (for example, when you create or publish content on NetPetro, you may add images, designs, videos or sounds provided by us), we reserve all rights such content (but not your content). You may use our copyrights and trademarks (or any similar marks) only as permitted by (and only in accordance with) our Brand Guidelines, or with our prior written permission. You must obtain our written permission (or permission under an open license) before modifying, decompiling, creating derivative works from the source code, or otherwise attempting to obtain it from us.

4. Additional provisions

4.1 Updates to our User Agreement

We are constantly working to improve our services and develop new features to improve the quality of services provided in NetPetro. As such, we may need to update these Terms of Service from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. We will make any changes only if the provisions become outdated or contain incomplete information, and only if the changes are reasonable for you based on your interests.

We will notify you (for example, by email) at least 30 days before we make changes to this User Agreement and give you the opportunity to review such changes before they become effective, unless the changes are required by law. If you continue to use NetPetro after the updated User Agreement comes into force, you will be bound by it.

We hope that you will continue to use Netpetro. However, if you do not agree to our updated User Agreement and no longer wish to use NetPetro, you can delete your account at any time.

4.2 Account suspension or deactivation

If we determine that you are in clear, serious or persistent violation of our Terms or policies, in particular the terms of this User Agreement, we may suspend or permanently terminate access to your account. We may also suspend or disable your account if you repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of other people/organizations or when we are required to do so for legal reasons.

Where we take such action, we will inform you and explain any options for you to request a review if doing so would not hold us or others legally liable; harm other users; compromise or disrupt the integrity or operation of any of our sources, systems or services; where we are restricted due to technical restrictions or where we are prohibited from doing so for legal reasons.

4.3 Liability limits

We will exercise professional care in providing our services to you and in providing a safe, secure and error-free environment. Provided that we have acted with professional care, we shall not be liable for damages not related to our breach of these Terms or our other actions; damages that neither we nor you could reasonably have foreseen at the time these Terms were in effect, or for cases beyond our control.

4.4 Other provisions

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NetPetro. It supersedes all prior agreements.

If any part of this User Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest of its provisions will remain in effect. If we do not enforce any provision of the User Agreement, this will not be considered a waiver of it. Any amendment to or waiver of this User Agreement must be in writing and signed by us.

You will not transfer your rights or obligations under this User Agreement to others without our consent.

This User Agreement does not give any rights to third party beneficiaries. All of our rights and obligations under this User Agreement may be freely assigned by us in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, by operation of law or otherwise.

You should be aware that under certain circumstances we may need to change the username for your account (for example, if someone else is claiming that username and it does not appear to be related to the name you use on a day-to-day basis). life).
