1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. The NetPetro database (as well as the Database) is the Contractor’s information database containing User Profiles (information including data on qualifications, competencies, work experience, etc.) and posted on the Contractor’s Websites.

1.2. User – a site user who has registered on the NetPetro.ru website.

1.3 Profile – A user profile containing information including data on qualifications, competencies, work experience, etc. for the purpose of career development, doing business, and job search.

1.4. Open Profile – User profile in the form of a personal website (with a QR code and Internet link), available for viewing by any Internet user.

1.5. Access to the Database is the ability for the User to view information contained in the Database.

1.6. Personal Account – the User’s personalized workspace on the Site, in which the User can manage his Page on the Site or other services of the Site.

1.7. Personal account is a register of accounting for cash flows and settlement transactions of the Parties for the services provided for in the Terms of Service, and where not otherwise specified.

1.8. Moderation – control and verification of information that the User posts on the Site for compliance with the subject of the resource, the terms of the User Agreement and current legislation.

2. TERMS OF PROVISION OF INFORMATION SERVICES FOR CREATION OF A PERSONAL PROFILE AND PROVIDING OPEN ACCESS TO IT

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the User with the opportunity to create a personal Profile on the NetPetro.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

2.2. The creation and publication of a personal Profile is possible only on behalf of the User.

2.3. The user undertakes to publish only information that is relevant in content and meaning, and only in the appropriate sections. In particular, it is prohibited to publish contact information in sections not intended for this purpose.

2.4. Access to the User Profile (without displaying contact information) is allowed only to registered users on the site.

2.5. Access to contact information of the User Profile is carried out on a paid basis and is allowed only to registered users on the site.

2.6. Creation of an Open Profile is carried out on a paid basis. The period for providing open profile services is 30 days with the possibility of extension. Renewal of the Open Profile is carried out monthly at the initiative of the User. Upon expiration of the payment period for the Open Profile and non-renewal (payment), free access to the Profile is closed. An open Profile can be reactivated similarly to the algorithm described above.

2.7. The user has the opportunity to refuse the services of creating an Open Profile. At the same time, payment for current (30 days) paid days is not refundable.

2.8. In case of non-compliance with the requirements of the User Agreement of the NetPetro.ru website, as well as these terms of service, the User Profile may be blocked until the violations are eliminated.

2.9. The User agrees and acknowledges the Contractor’s right to display his Profile data to registered users of the site.

2.10. The publication of any information for the purpose of committing crimes is not permitted, and such information may contain both a direct indication of such a purpose and, in the opinion of the Contractor, contain signs of a crime. If the Contractor determines that the User has violated this clause, the Contractor has the right to block the Profile. The funds spent by the User to purchase the Service for creating an Open Profile are considered used by the User and are not refundable.

2.11. The Contractor is not responsible for the accuracy of the information published by Users, including contact information provided by the user.

3. TERMS OF PROVIDING INFORMATION SERVICES FOR PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE DATABASE WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF VIEWING CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE APPLICANT

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the User on the website NetPetro.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site) Access to the NetPetro Database, with the ability to view contact information of User Profiles on a paid basis.

3.2. Within the framework of this section of the Terms of Service, the Contractor does not transfer to the User the exclusive right to the Databases and the information contained therein.

3.3. The User undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation regarding compliance with the rights of the copyright holder in relation to the Databases.

3.4. Access to the Databases is provided to the User for individual use. The User has no right to transfer Access to the Databases, including his Account Information, to third parties.

3.5. Distribution, making available to the public the contents of the Databases or any other commercial use is not permitted.

3.6. The Contractor uses technical means to protect its copyright (intellectual) rights in relation to the Databases. These technical means, among other things, prevent unauthorized access to the Databases. Such a technical means of protecting copyright (intellectual) rights specified above in this paragraph is the mechanism used by the Contractor for authorizing the User on the Site.

3.7. The legal use of the Databases by the User is to gain access to the Databases only through the authorization mechanism on the Site using the Accounting Information only of the User himself. The use of someone else’s account information to access the Databases is prohibited.

3.8. The User retains the ability to view Profile contact information for a period of 30 days from the date of payment for opening Profile contact information.

3.9. The Profile’s contact information within the framework of this service is one or more of the data reflected in the User Profile:

— Last name, first name, patronymic if available;

– Contact phone numbers;

— e-mail;

— links to social networks and other sites;

— photograph of the applicant;

3.10. The Contractor does not guarantee that the applicant has posted reliable contact information on the Site, if such is indicated by the User in his Profile, and also does not guarantee that the User, the applicant will be available using the contact information posted on the Site at any time.

3.11. The service is provided by the Contractor continuously for 30 days from the date of payment for opening the Profile contact information.

4. CONDITIONS FOR REFUND, CONSIDERATION OF COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

4.1. A refund or provision of compensation services to the User is possible in the event of failure by the Contractor to perform the services paid for by the User in full or in part.

4.2. Refunds are made based on the User’s application sent to the email address specified in the Contacts section of the NetPetro.com website.

4.3. Submission of complaints and resolution of controversial issues is also carried out on the basis of the User’s application sent to the email address specified in the Contacts section of the NetPetro.com website.

4.4. The processing time for applications for refunds, complaints and disputes is 30 days.
