Assessment of management and leadership competencies (rating scale 1-5), assessed only by colleagues:
1. Strategic Thinking
Thinks big, identifies promising directions, takes into account a wide range of factors (economic, political, social, etc.), considers the situation in the long term, assesses trends, anticipates possible scenarios for the development of events and acts based on them.

4- EXPERIENCED SPECIALIST
Work experience in this area of competence >5 years.
An established professional in the field. Solve all current work tasks independently. Able to solve complex and non-standard problems with the support or advice of more experienced colleagues.

Confident ability to independently apply most competency elements in standard work situations.
Atypical tasks require limited mentoring
3- SPECIALIST
Experience in this area of expertise >3 years
A specialist in this field, capable, under the guidance of a more experienced colleague, of solving all standard work tasks within the area of this competence.
Deep understanding of individual competency elements or partial knowledge of most competency elements
The ability to independently apply some of the elements of competence in standard work situations. When applying other competency elements, support and supervision from more experienced colleagues is required.
2- BASIC
Young specialist.
Beginner in applying this competency. Able to perform some standard work tasks within the scope of this competency under the guidance of more experienced colleagues.

Limited ability to apply individual competency elements in standard work situations - requires detailed instruction, guidance and additional supervision

Not an expert in this field of knowledge.
